The BLM LT24 LASERTUBE cutting system is the largest capacity system, at up to 24" Diameter, available on the market today in Tube and Pipe Laser Cutting machinery. Capable of handling sections up to 60' in length this is the equipment for 3D laser cutting of large diameter tubes and structural beams in steel, aluminum or brass. The LT24 is the right technology for H and IPE laser cutting, but also for the production of sections for agricultural and industrial vehicles. The BLM LT24 LASERTUBE can also be combined with a full automatic drill and tapping unit for threading holes up to M16 (.625”) eliminating the need to separate tapping operations.

  • Cross-loading chain system for the tube loader can be configured with single or double chains, the double chains allow a pause in the loading cycle to separate the stock lengths.
  • Parts less than 3.2 m (10’) in length can be quickly unloaded using the “short-parts” front conveyor.
  • Finished parts from 3.2 m to 18 m (10’ - 60’) long are unloaded onto motorized chains and can be removed without interrupting the cutting process.
  • Artube Software – dedicated CAD-CAM software suite used to design, program, and manage the laser tube cutting process.
